Here are the pics from the wedding. It was a fabulous time! I was very out of sorts, but still enjoyed myself none the less. Obviously, would not have missed it for the world! And I'm so glad that I didn't have to!!
Everything was amazing. Watching them exchange vows was so sweet. Seeing them give the Virgin Mary flowers while Ava Maria was sung was simply breath-taking. Being a part of the bridal party and walking down the aisle and all meant a lot.
The morning of I missed out on the getting the hair and makeup done with the rest of the girls, and went on my own closer to home so I could sleep in, after my night in the ER. That was unfortunate, but it could have been worse. I still loved my hair, even if it was a new salon I found on the fly! I was planning on skipping the limo ride between the ceremony & reception, since the church was at 1pm and the reception was at 6pm, however I felt well enough. And it wasn't like I could go home & nap with my up-do, or with all that adrenaline inside. So, last minute I hopped in.
The reception was very fun and original. The bridal party song was MJ's Gonna be Starting Something. Rosie & Kris's first dance was to Damien Rice's, Can't take my eyes off of you and it was PERFECT! It was the most beautiful moment, or one of the most beautiful that I have ever watched! Amazing. Rosie danced to dad with Stevie Wonders You are the Sunshine of my life. As you'll see, the decorations were great, the food was yummy and the atmosphere classy and warm. The music selection was awesome, so I even danced quite a bit. I did head home at 11:15pm though, I was beat.
Ok, here are the promised pics. Sorry I don't have any more, I missed a lot.
