I wasn't upset at the time, I was smiling and thought it funny, but the more I think about it, it pisses me off. How dare some stupid stranger make a comment to another complete stranger, based on their own dumb assumption?! Obviously she ended up looking dumb. I should have said, "Ya, as soon as I found out I was preggo, I said to myself, wouldn't it be cute to have a baby wear a helmet?! Because, you know, that's everyone's dream, right?!"

She probably went home and told everyone about what a worry-wart mom I am, not knowing a thing about plagiocephaly. I actually wish more people would ask about it, just so that I could inform them, it's becoming so common these days. I wish someone had warned us against it, we may have been able to prevent.
